Something went wrong? Tell us. Fictionpurchased Tree Service wants every homeowner to get a fair and honest experience. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or contacted Fictionpurchased Tree Service
• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They own their quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what was said and agreed.

Still tell us. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. One limit to know: Fictionpurchased Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@fictionpurchased.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened, and what you want us to do about it

After You Send It

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may help as well.
